“use lawpay to get paid faster”
Pros
Transferring money from our clients' cards to our operating account while settling invoices is incredibly fast and efficient.
Cons
There was one issue that arose with the Amex payment when a client submitted a payment of $4,000. Unfortunately, the funds ended up being stuck in the processing stage for several months.

“lawpay works like a charm”
Pros
The value and convenience are what stand out for me. I had considered using Wells Fargo for merchant services, and the high fees they wanted to charge me were surprising.
Cons
It would be ideal if the funds would arrive in my account at a quicker pace. There have been several hiccups due to delays between the time I receive notification that a payment has been made and the actual moment the money appears in my account.

“cost-effective and easy to navigate”
Pros
I had previously used my bank's merchant services, but by switching to LawPay, I have likely reduced my processing costs by over 50%. On top of that, LawPay provides additional options such as eCheck and PayLater.
Cons
I have nothing negative to mention. There is absolutely nothing that I find unappealing.

“Had a great experience”
Pros
I value how simple it is to accept payments both in person with clients and through sending an online payment link.
Cons
The fees are what I like the least, however, they are expected with any payment processing service. Still, I find that they are worthwhile for the assurance that my transactions are secure.

“just okay, could be better”
Pros
One feature that I find particularly valuable is the capability to accept mobile payments.
Cons
The app currently allows for payment processing only and does not permit me to view pending or completed transactions or engage in any more substantial interactions. It would be beneficial if the app could provide the same features as the web-based version, such as reviewing transactions, canceling them, issuing refunds, and so forth.

“lawpay is absolutely fantastic”
Pros
I love how convenient it is for our clients to make their payments effortlessly!
Cons
The e-check function does present a challenge. It takes nearly a week before we discover if the check has bounced. When this occurs, it forces us to reverse bank transfers and payments within Leap.

“makes business processes smoother”
Pros
Before using LawPay, we used to spend hours tracking bills, payments, and outstanding balances, then sending out reports to clients. It has saved our firm so much time. Also, being able to accept any type of payment our clients may require is extremely helpful.
Cons
Recently, the credit card processor device has not been functioning properly every time. As a result, we must enter all of the card information and billing address manually. This process can be quite time-consuming when the client is right in front of me, waiting.

“lawpay has been a success in our office”
Pros
I find it very simple to process payments for our clients, and I appreciate the option to send a payment request directly to them, allowing them to pay whenever convenient.
Cons
I find it inconvenient that the entire address must be entered into the charge location rather than just the usual request for the zip code associated with the card.

“highly recommend lawpay to attorneys”
Pros
Setting it up is very easy for me. Quick Invoice is a handy feature, and the reporting function helps me review all my activities easily.
Cons
It generally takes three to four days for the funds to reflect in my bank account. This process should be nearly automatic.

“the best payment solution for lawyers”
Pros
LawPay is customized specifically to attorneys and addresses the unique challenges within the legal practice. The invoices sent to clients are easy for them to handle, which promotes timely payments with minimal effort on their part.
Cons
Scheduling payment plans feels a bit unwieldy. I would appreciate a more simplified workflow to facilitate the scheduling of payment plans.

“satisfied with my lawpay experience”
Pros
It is very quick and effortless to take a payment from a client. Sending them a direct payment link is a smooth process, and it is easy to link payments through our website as well.
Cons
Some clients express concerns about the limitations associated with making e-check payments. The manner in which the payments are aggregated by the credit card companies when they reach our bank seems a bit complicated but I do not believe that LawPay has much control over this, if any at all.

“Payment processing made easier”
Pros
LawPay is convenient for both us and our clients. Once the emails are sent out, payments usually come in almost immediately. It also allows us to deposit funds into the correct account without the need for manual transfers between accounts.
Cons
At times, clients experience difficulties with their payment options, requiring multiple attempts to complete a transaction. For the most part, it seems to be an issue on the client's end.
