Pros

Using this product for matter management and e-billing was very easy which made daily work much easier. Many of the drop-down options could also be customized and the customer support team was excellent whenever help was needed.

Cons

At times, when�it�was being upgraded, access would be temporarily unavailable while the update was taking place.

Pros

Lawtrac is proven to be really useful. it offers a lot of value and flexibility for both matter management and invoice processing. Report writing takes some trial and error at first but once you get the hang of it, it becomes an extremely valuable way to produce clear, simple information. The functionality is laid out well enough that even occasional users can still get real benefits from using it.

Cons

One frustrating limitation is the lack of user by user layout customization even though that seems to be part of its true out of the box design. More advanced users want the ability to rearrange the interface based on their own preferences and to improve how they work, while casual users often feel the screen is too cluttered and shows more than they actually need when they open�it.
