“organized case management”
Pros

Cons
There's definitely a learning curve and some tasks still feel more manual than they really should be.

“Powerful customization and integration”
Pros
Legal Files really shines when it comes to customization. Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach, it can be set up to fit the specific workflow of a law firm, government agency or corporate legal department. The Microsoft Outlook and Word integration works well which makes document handling and email tracking within a matter file much more efficient. it has been a big help in moving toward a paperless environment.
Cons
The interface does feel somewhat dated when compared with newer cloud-based applications. Becauseitis packed with features, there's a noticeable learning curve for new users andittakes time to get comfortable moving through the different windows and tabs. On top of that the initial setup and customization demand a good amount of effort from the it team to make sure everything is aligned properly with our needs.

“helpful templates with limits”
Pros
Having this software available can cut costs since there's no need to hire a lawyer just to draft a basic template and it's especially useful when someone needs a legal document quickly.
Cons
I feel like people may misread or misunderstand the terms, overlook important details and the templates may not fit their specific situation or even the jurisdiction they're in.

One thing that could be better is document organization since files are not arranged in chronological order and that makes the latest version harder to locate.

“user-friendly software”
Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy and it feels very user friendly overall. it also makes it possible to run completely paperless which ends up saving both time and money.
Cons
The thing that slows the process down is moving information from one file to another especially emails. Those have to be transferred one at a time which takes quite a bit of time.itwould be really helpful ifitcould add a way to transfer emails in bulk.

“outlook integration that fits firms”
Pros
The Outlook integration makes a big difference. Legal Files also doesn't bury users under too many complicated features which makes it a really good fit for small to mid-sized law firms. Bigger firms though, may prefer something that feels more advanced and complex.
Cons
I noticed is that the functionality isn't fully consistent across the different versions ofit, such as the web version compared with the PC version.
