“Legal Track: A top choice for legal tracking

Pros

LegalTrack is a game changer. Super userfriendly especially for those of us who aren't tech-savvy. I love how the reporting feature provides so much useful information. Makes my life a whole lot easier.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides to it. The Microsoft interface is great but sometimes it runs into issues when Microsoft updates. Overall I think this is a fantastic software.

“The backbone of our law office operations

Pros

LegalTrack is the backbone of our law office. We use it to manage client matters, contacts and documents, and that's just the start. It integrates seamlessly with SharePoint, Outlook and even Microsoft Teams. The reporting and deadline tracking features keep us on top of everything, and exporting data to Excel is a lifesaver. The best part is the team allows us to customize features to fit our needs. That makes a huge difference compared to a one-size-fits-all software with limited control.

Cons

It runs on Microsoft Dynamics, which is always evolving with new features and updates. That means we sometimes have to make adjustments to our customized setup when Microsoft makes changes. It can be a little frustrating when those updates roll out but in the end, the improvements are almost always worth it.

Pros

The software is very flexible. It provides complete document management and email integration. They really focuses on fast support and top-quality service. What more could you ask for.

Cons

Just like LegalTrack, I try to stay positive and honestly, I can't think of any cons.

I think it would be really helpful if there were more filter options for users.

Before this product, tracking legal matters in our corporate department was a nightmare. Now I can run reports in seconds and the level of detail and data has seriously impressed management. It's so easy to use and the reporting features are fantastic.

Cons

The SharePoint integration for storing documents can be a little clunky but it's not a dealbreaker. The positives of the product far outweigh this.

The reporting feature is amazing! Reports used to take forever to run and adjust with our old system, but LegalTrack makes it so easy. The software is super easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes it does slow down Outlook a little more than usual.

Pros

We needed a system to help track our matters and time. It is very easy to use, especially as an Outlook plug in. The learning curve is surprisingly fast for something that offers so many features.

Cons

I really wish there was an offline mode. It's not a huge issue since I'm online most of the time but it would still be a nice feature to have.

“Exactly what we were looking for

Pros

Our all users can create and edit cases simultaneously thanks to this software. The system-generated reminders are a lifesaver, we never miss a deadline. It's easy to sort and filter information for reporting. LegalTrack has way more functionality than we even need but it's had an incredibly positive impact on our team.

Cons

LegalTrack can make Outlook run a little slower, though that's mostly due to our own application setup. also we have noticed that large attachments don't always upload properly, and when that happens, the emails they are attached to don't upload either.

“The only choice for legal tracking

Pros

It helps track matters we receive in our department and makes follow ups so much easier. It's easy to use and if there's something you don't like, it can be changed. If you need a feature they can add it.

Cons

At first I had a hard time figuring out where I needed to make changes or additions, but the support team was super helpful. It was a bit confusing in the beginning, but now it makes perfect sense.

Outlook and SharePoint functionality is excellent. Customer service is top-notch and very professional.

Cons

I just wish LegalTrack had been available sooner. We wasted time with other software that made big promises but couldn't actually deliver on them.
