Incredible support with fast responses

Pros

The support team is incredible, they're always available when we need help and respond faster than any other service provider we work with. Their resolution times are seriously impressive.

Cons

The portal could be a bit more user friendly but honestly there isn't much else I dislike about it.

fantastic support and affordable pricing

Pros

Customer support here is absolutely fantastic, Marco and the team welcomed us with a Teams meeting and helped customize our contracts perfectly for our charity's needs. After switching from an expensive provider with poor support, this has been a breath of fresh air. The interface is clean and customizable, making it simple to send documents daily. Every question gets answered quickly and having a UK based solution for our charity work is really valuable. I think the pricing can't be beat, it's incredibly competitive and much more affordable for our budget. Honestly wish we'd discovered this sooner because the experience has been really positive.

Cons

Maybe in my opinion it would be helpful to see how many contracts have remaining to send, as we approach the end of our monthly billing cycle but honestly that's about it.

Bulk document creation saves time

Pros

The bulk document creation feature is a huge time saver, I can generate and send multiple documents for signing right when I create them. Customer service during setup was fantastic and they responded to my questions really quickly.

Cons

I had to reach out to support to enable certain features that came disabled by default, though they got it sorted quickly.

User friendly with great customization

Pros

I signed up for this as an IFA because it was the only digital document signing provider with a pay as you go option that Abrdn Elevate would accept. The platform is incredibly user friendly and lets me customize client emails and add my logo. The support from Nicolas Morris has been outstanding, he even set up a Teams call to walk me through some of the more advanced features. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Cons

The updated interface doesn't display your remaining envelope count right now, though I think there's a temporary workaround available while they fix this issue.

Quick, responsive support team

Pros

Support team here is absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful for me. George Martin responds quickly and helps with whatever questions I have.

Cons

Lack of JobAdder integration is really frustrating since it would save tons of time on filing. When terms get signed, there's no automatic way to send them to the right client or candidate entry in JobAdder, everything has to be done manually. If we ever switched to something else, it would definitely be because of missing integration features like this.

Affordable, feature rich software

Pros

The software gives us everything we need, functionality wise and the pricing is really affordable!

Cons

It does take some time for me to figure out how the software works and understand the format that gets sent to customers. But honestly, that's only because I think there are so many customization options available.
