Pros
Getting through record keeping and generating reports with this system is fairly easy. Our team is able to follow up on cases, close them out and archive everything without much trouble.
Cons
The interface is like it could use a refresh and some parts of reporting are still fairly manual but overall it's been a pleasant experience.
