I find it easy to use and the platform is very user-friendly. The MIS and analytics are especially valuable and the data is readily available when it's time to generate client invoices. As an added benefit, the same data also helps when reviewing attorney performance during appraisals.

Cons

Nothing significant comes to mind at the moment. If anything, adding a few more document archival features would make�it�even better.

It covers the essentials a law firm needs such as time tracking, document templates, invoicing, bill payments, client email storage and truly outstanding customer support. it feels like a living platform that keeps improving and adapting to the changing demands of legal professionals. The part I appreciate most is how responsive the team is whenever something comes up. They reply quickly and always connect us with the right person to handle the question. And when something more specialized is needed, they have an expert available for that too.
