“Convenient Stamp Procurement Tool
Pros
The contract management feature has really simplified the manual processes of my team. Being able to procure stamps directly through the system without reaching out to external vendors has been a huge time saver for us.
Cons
Customer support is really helpful when I run into technical issues or need guidance on how to use certain features but I wish there were more self service resources available so I wouldn't always have to reach out for help.

“Great Tool for managing legal matters
Pros
I was manually tracking cases before which was incredibly time consuming and prone to errors. What I really needed was automated case alerts and that's exactly what I found with this litigation management tool, it sends notifications automatically so I don't miss important deadlines.
Cons
Overall it is great but I noticed that NMT tool has a few bugs that pop up but the technical team is pretty quick to sort them out.

We've been using this legal case tracking system much more efficiently lately. It's really easy for me to view and navigate through cases directly within the tool.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything major to complain about, whenever we run into issues, the customer success team and other support staff are quick to help us out.

Pros
Contract management has made our workflow so much more efficient and I really appreciate how easy it is to use. The LMT feature works great for what we need and handling third party contract completion is surprisingly smooth.
Cons
We run into technical glitches sometimes but the Customer Success team and our module's KAM are always quick to help out. I think the tool could use some upgrades to better fit organizational needs.

The LMT Module has really simplified the workflow of my team since we no longer need to manually hunt down cases. Getting automated alerts directly from the system saves us tons of time and finding RERA cases is incredibly easy now.
