“User-friendly!
Pros
The setup and use are both simple. I have not faced any sort of trouble.. Overall it is really user friendly.
Cons
One thing I wish for is if there was more space to add comments when reviewing documents but it is not really a big issue.

“Everything about it is amazing
Pros
I love how easy it is to use and the features are right there, not hidden away which makes it really easy to navigate.
Cons
It would be great tif they offered features like transcript summarization, transcript and audio/video syncing for trial exhibits and tools for creating chronologies.

“Love using it
Pros
They are always improving the platform which makes their product even better. Also it is simple to use and share with co counsel and it is ADA compliant. Their service is amazing too.
Cons
They do not always give a heads up before an upgrade, so you could be in the middle of a big project and have to figure out the new version. The good thing is that they usually allow us to revert to the previous version though.

Pros
The representatives at Lexbe are awesome. They regularly check in to ensure we are satisfied and they are always available for questions. They respond quite fast too.
Cons
Lexbe is not exactly user-friendly. It can get a bit on my nerves at times. It could definitely be simplified.
