Pros
Navigation feels very easy and searching by multiple factors is simple and efficient. The interface is user friendly and the customer support has been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is that search criteria do not stay saved when moving from "cases" to "statutes" or from "secondary materials" to "admin. materials" and similar switches.

Pros
Among legal research tools this is one of the strongest options out there! It sits in that top tier category alongside Westlaw and clearly holds a major share of the market. If it were priced more reasonably though, I'd be much more inclined to use it regularly. Unfortunately that's not the case.
Cons
The biggest issue is the cost. It seems to be built around a pricing model aimed at organizations that can spend freely on research without worrying much about the budget. For solo attorneys or people just getting started it makes a lot more sense to consider alternative options.
