“flexible access management”
Pros
Setting up new accounts and assigning roles is fast and efficient which has saved a lot of time. Visualfiles works reasonably well with the systems we already use so daily processes feel more connected. it also comes with a broad set of features which makes it versatile enough to fit different requirements. As a user access management tool, it has been really useful and overall it has taken away much of the hassle I used to face when handling permissions across several platforms.
Cons
Getting�it�implemented was more time consuming than I expected and the setup phase was not as simple as I had hoped. We ran into a few early configuration problems, particularly around syncing permissions between systems. The interface does the job but�it�is not the most user friendly, with quite a few nested menus that slow things down when I need to troubleshoot or make updates to user permissions. Support has also been a bit disappointing at times, with slower response times than expected especially for non-urgent issues.

Everything feels well organized and really sets the standard. it's fast, optimized and overall works extremely well.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints and that's saying a lot because I usually always find something to complain about lol.

Well it�works best when you're dealing with multiple repeatable processes but�it's not as useful for one-off or highly specialized projects.

“powerful workflow tools but not evolved technologically”
Pros
From a workflow point of view, this system is very capable and flexible. If your business has a process that needs managing, there's a good chance VF can be used to simplify it and reduce the effort involved in getting the job done. On top of that learning VF development is fairly easy and not too difficult to get to grips with.
Cons
I am not fully convinced�it�has kept pace with the way technology has evolved. I understand changes in tech happen quickly but issues like docx template support are still a problem for a lot of users.�it�does seem to be heading in a better direction now although�it�feels like�it�stood still for too long and is now having to catch up.

“all looks, no real upgrade”
Pros
The Home screen gives off the familiar look of other Microsoft 2013 products and visually it does look very good but nothing else positive to mention.
Cons
There are quite a few issues, to be honest. We were on an older version of�it�and recently moved to VF-2014 so based on the name I was expecting some major improvements. That really has not been the case at all, aside from the updated front screen. From a scripting perspective, I also cannot see any new commands being added for developers so�it�does not offer more flexibility or options there either.
