“Indispensable contract and paper organizer

Pros

We rely on Lextree to keep our contracts and legal papers organized and it's become indispensable. With everything in one place, I no longer search through old emails or scattered records. Customer service is amazing too as they are responsive and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The reporting capabilities could be improved though I might not be using all the available tools.

Pros

As a group, we use Lextree Entity as our corporate system of record to manage multiple entities across states. Its tracking and requirements feature lets us define exactly what to monitor. The interface is simple and user friendly for anyone familiar with browser-based apps.

Cons

We have to enter all data manually which is time-consuming. The high customization also made initial setup slow, so we're still in setup and haven't seen the system's full benefits yet.

Pros

Lextree is cost-effective and user friendly. The contract administration and healthcare survey features exceeded expectations. Customer support is exceptional. I am grateful for the outstanding service and that they listened to feedback and made improvements. Highly recommended.

Cons

I'd find drag-and-drop and integrations with apps like Outlook and Box helpful.

“flexible software with unlimited seats

Pros

Working with a great team has been an honour and overall the software is very flexible. I mean it was easy to get started. Unlimited user seats is a big plus, though I'd like an easy way to restrict access to specific contracts.

Cons

I have no complaints as there really are not any downsides I noticed.

Pros

Managing unlimited entities has been incredibly helpful for our workflow. I can track all the information we need and view it clearly on reports or dashboards. I am especially happy with the new board meeting room feature and the option to record minutes as it is an unexpected bonus.
