“Excellent tool for meeting management”
Pros
Having every set of minutes stored on the computer as a Word document is really convenient. The icons for roll calls, voting, motions and bookmarks or cues help simplify the work quite a bit. I can save my recording directly to my computer and share it online however I want. It's also possible to move it to a CD, DVD or any other storage device I prefer, then upload it to the network just like any other file. Overall, it's an outstanding application for anything related to meetings.
Cons
Getting comfortable with this application at an expert level can be a bit difficult for beginners. In some cases, guided tutorials would definitely help. That said if you already work in this field, using the program will likely feel natural pretty quickly.

I like having access to a product that lets me go in and customize it to work the way I want it to.
Cons
At times the audio and video quality weren't the best and would occasionally cut out which caused issues now and then.
