“better tracking and faster reviews”
Pros
Keeping track of matters and managing templates feels very easy with this software and it's been genuinely useful for our team. it has helped increase the level of self-service across the business and has also sped up the review process quite a bit.
Cons
The biggest challenge has been slower user adoption and we'll need to step up training to help people get more comfortable withitand encourage broader use.

“customized dashboards that boost efficiency”
Pros
Having everything in one place has made a real difference. LightHub serves as a central access and activity hub that manages the full contracting lifecycle from beginning to end, while also giving one-click access to all of our substantive and institutional know-how resources for contract management, drafting and negotiation. it's highly customizable to fit our specific needs, including matching our branding and overall look and feel which makes it blend naturally with the rest of the company's tools. The customizable dashboards are especially useful because they give clear visibility across the entire contracting landscape. Uploading, editing and navigating templates and intake forms is also very easy which saves time throughout the day and helps me get more done with less effort.
Cons
One improvement I'd suggest would be expanding the tagging functionality so multiple users can be tagged on a matter init, with those tags automatically triggering email notifications to the relevant users.

“all stakeholders in one place”
Pros
Having stakeholders collaborate together on a single platform is a real plus and makes coordination much more convenient.
Cons
The downside is that tasks still have to be completed across different channels as drafting in Wrike, templates in Contract Express and filing in Trackadoo which makes the workflow feel scattered.

Cons
I am still not usingiton a regular basis yet so there may be some areas where the overall usability could be improved as I spend more time withit.

“workflow and document control shine”
Pros
A few features really stand out in daily use especially the workflow, the option to tag a teammate and the document control tools. Those are at the top of my list and have been the most useful parts of the software.
Cons
The Stream updates are still really frustrating to deal with. I'd rather have the newest update clearly placed either at the top or at the bottom. Asitworks now, itgets pretty confusing for the team to figure out the latest project status especially when the people actively working onitaren't available.

“paperless workflows and visibility”
Pros
Across our business units, the integration has worked very well and gives us one consolidated view of all workflows. The paperless process also creates a decent document trail which makes referencing past records much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the duplicate notifications since the same alerts come through both email and the app.
