Pros
I appreciate how simple it is and that I can search the full contract database from one place.
Cons

Pros
Being able to run reports is something I really appreciate and I'm amazed that the product can take even the poorest quality scanned files and make them searchable. It's been a lifesaver for those last-minute asks that would otherwise force me to open and read through every single contract which saves me so much time and stress.
Cons
Uploading files can take longer than expected and I find a faster, more aligned process would save time.

“Powerful text search simplicity
Pros
What I like most about this tool is its text search which even picks up text in scanned PDFs and I really appreciate how simple it is to add executed contracts into the platform, my go-to way is sending them by email since it's so convenient.
Cons
Tagging requires manual effort and I find that smaller teams may struggle to keep up due to limited bandwidth.

“Regular upgrades with fast support
Pros
I'm really impressed with how simple the software is to navigate and they keep rolling out useful upgrades on a regular basis. Their customer support is excellent too, when I email them they usually get back to me within an hour.
Cons
One thing I dislike most is having to verify all the data fields after importing a document. I've seen instances where values don't map correctly into their fields, for example an effective date can end up wrong, so I find myself double-checking everything more often than I'd like.

“Quick drag-and-drop uploads
Pros
Getting a new agreement into this tool only takes four simple steps which I really appreciate. What stands out for me is the drag-and-drop option for adding agreements, it's so convenient. The document profile is easy to edit after upload and the customer service team usually gets back to me quickly.
Cons
Searching by a single keyword doesn't reliably bring up the document I need so I often end up typing two keywords instead. Another annoying limitation is having to delete an uploaded file just to add pages to it. Also, I wish the view could be condensed so I can see more items on a single screen.

Pros
the ability to search through every contract is very useful and I can easily copy and paste content directly from those agreements whenever I need to.
Cons
For my part the task scheduling tools feel very limited and I miss automatic field population for example I expected the system to pull contract dates to fill in the start and end of a term automatically.

Pros
interface is extremely simple and simple to navigate. After we rolled out this platform, it has significantly simplified our contract management workflows and much of the work is now automated thanks to its integrations with systems like Salesforce, Google Drive and DocuSign.
Cons
what worries me is how inconsistent the 'Smart Values' functionality can be, I don't find it dependable enough to reliably extract the data we need in those fields which means I can't trust reports that depend on it and therefore we're reluctant to base decisions on those report types.

“Ocr reporting with responsive support
Pros
Having OCR built in was a must for what we needed and it delivered that core capability. I also appreciate being able to generate reports and keep tabs on agreement statuses like renewals and terms. The dashboard feels clean and easy which makes it user-friendly. On top of that, our account manager and customer support have been very responsive and fast whenever I've had questions.
Cons
I've noticed that the OCR still misses some of the basic fields we were told it would pick up. For the types of agreements we use most often, the key clauses, like effective dates and governing law, are visibly labeled so I expected those to be reliably captured. While the OCR does work well much of the time, its accuracy is somewhat inconsistent across documents. Pulling reports isn't as simple as I'd like either; I ended up contacting support to get step-by-step help on the exact query I needed. A simple in-portal quick-help feature or chat box for short questions would have saved me that extra step and made things faster.

interface is very easy and user-friendly, it feels simple to me and doesn't require a lot of training to get up to speed.
Cons
For me it would be really helpful to have the ability to perform bulk edits on files within the system, as that would save a lot of time.

I've been using this software for just four months and so far their customer support has stood out. I bombarded them with a bunch of questions and suggestions about the platform and they listened. Several of the features I requested actually ended up being implemented.
Cons
One frustrating issue I've found is that the AI pulls the contract's signature date or the date shown at the top but it doesn't recognize or capture the actual effective start date of the agreement.

“Fast uploads and search
Pros
Uploading documents has become incredibly easy with this platform. I used to delay getting files into systems but now when a contract or NDA arrives, I log in and can have it uploaded in about a minute. The built-in search also makes it simple for me to find documents quickly.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any downsides while using the software.

Pros
Before I started using this tool I regularly felt like our services and support teams were kept at arm's length from the contracts. That created recurring confusion over what we had agreed to deliver, the SLAs and the project budget. Now that I have access to the platform, contracts are right at my fingertips and I can resolve contractual questions in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate being able to pull up a contract during a call and confidently answer questions or validate assumptions.
Cons
As for downsides I wish the user interface got a modern redesign. It does what I need it to but honestly it's pretty utilitarian and doesn't feel engaging or exciting to use which can make routine work a little dull.

Pros
Searchability seems decent (I still need training) and all files are centralized and easy to find. The team is pleasant.
Cons
Filenames don't get refreshed by this tool during the onboarding steps; tagging and the way metadata is captured aren't entirely simple or easy. I also ran into problems transferring our files and the whole migration took longer than I'd anticipated.
