“Completely unreliable and unsupported

Honestly there is nothing positive to mention.. the product and my overall experience using this tool left me completely disappointed.

Cons

Pretty much everything was bad. The tool failed to carry out the capabilities that had been promised to us and when I reached out customer support showed no interest in resolving our issues. I would never suggest this product to anyone; if someone asked me for advice I'd go out of my way to discourage them from buying it.

“simple and user-friendly tool

Pros

The tool is wonderfully simple and genuinely user-friendly without unnecessary complexity. Because of that I got comfortable with it very quickly and was able to integrate it into my daily workflow almost immediately. It's designed to help you work not to slow you down.

Cons

For me there's no option to delete an unsigned MSA.

“Powerful ai-driven contract hub

Pros

Honestly this product has been a total game-changer for me. I now have a fully searchable, centralized repository for all our contracts which alone saves hours of digging through files. On top of that being able to leverage its impressive AI capabilities like automatically extracting key terms, identifying risks and suggesting clauses turns contract management from an administrative chore into a strategic advantage.

I can't think of anything negative.only that I wish I'd bought and started using this product much sooner!

“simple contract management platform

Pros

The interface is very simple and I find that it lets me locate contracts fast while I spend far less time evaluating agreements.

Cons

Some parts of the product are quite hard to understand and at times it runs slowly when I work with a lot of data. The help team hasn't always responded quickly when I've raised issues with the app. Also sometimes this solution doesn't integrate smoothly with other tools I use.

I really like the user interface and I notice that features like completion tracking and file management make contract handling easy for me.

Cons

For me there aren't any complaints. Every feature I tried worked fine; I only used the system for a single contract lifecycle of nearly six months and throughout that time everything remained simple and easy to use.

From my experience this product is best-in-class and I feel that I benefit greatly from their attentive customer service.

In practice I've found that most attorneys are used to searching for documents in a parent/child file format so the change management involved can be quite challenging.

In my experience there aren't any real negatives to highlight. The few quirks I've run into are just the usual, minor software-related issues.

Scrolling can feel jumpy at times and I find that mildly annoying, though it's not a deal breaker.

interface isn't the most visually appealing but I find it very simple to use and productive right away and I appreciate that customer feedback is actively solicited and addressed in the roadmap.

While it works well as a repository I find it would be even more useful if it offered stronger support for drafting or negotiating contracts and I wish it allowed quicker insights into competitor or industry activity.

The support team is fantastic and really helpful! I'm finding the site incredibly easy to navigate, with a clean, easy interface and menus. The tagging and document-type options are excellent, it auto-imports documents via email and I like the flexible user access level settings and customization possibilities.

Cons

Tags often remain blank when files come through email auto-import and I find onboarding new users requires support intervention which slows things down.
