“frustrating editing and unreliable help”
Pros
Instead of improving my document editing, Loio actually makes the process more complicated and less enjoyable. The AI-generated suggestions are often inaccurate which ends up costing extra time and effort to review and fix. On top of that the interface is not very user-friendly and the awkward integration with Microsoft Word makes the tool harder to work with.
Cons
Whenitcomes to catching typos, offering better phrasing or identifying legal issues, itis not consistently reliable.itfeels like having a disorganized and undependable assistant beside me. Usingitwithin Word is also inconvenient and the extra hassle involved only gets in the way.

“hasn't helped my workflow”
Pros
Loio has completely gotten in the way of how I work. its error detection is far too inaccurate and the suggestions for improvements don't come at the right time. I end up wasting a lot of time with it which keeps me from concentrating on the actual substance of my work.
Cons
On top of that the Microsoft Word integration is hard and creates a poor user experience. The support team also hasn't been responsive or ready to address concerns quickly. Overallithas genuinely lowered the quality of my work.

“pricing feels hard to justify”
Pros
Considering how much time we spend using Loio the pricing feels hard to justify. it still doesn't help us close deals at the speed we need and it really needs stronger features and faster updates. At this stage, it also hasn't been able to lower our operational costs over the long term.
Cons
The filters still need work so they can correctly pick up contract details like numbers, dates and quoted text. Even thoughitdoes help speed up certain processes and can save some time and money, there are still enough gaps thatitends up feeling disappointing.
