“Some potential, just needs improvements
Pros
There are so many helpful features and the customer service team usually responds pretty quickly to any questions I have.
Cons
Customer service is hit or miss. Like sometimes they fix issues right away but other times they ignore our suggestions for new features that would really help our firm. Also I would love more customization options like being able to turn on or off features we do or don't use, otherwise the interface gets too cluttered.

Pros
The UI is highly intuitive which makes it easy for me to input and access large amounts of information about CLT cases.
Cons
Navigating between the Matters and Client pages is not quite easy. Also the similarity between the two sometimes leads to errors.

Pros
I find the journal really helpful for keeping records, tracking progress in client profiles, managing our time better and even keeping evidence when we get complaints.
Cons
There is no to do list or way to organize ideas so we end up using another system just to make notes.

“It was great, but it let me down
Pros
I still love the interface that shows all the different matters open for each client plus the ability to enter receipt notices and fill out forms.
Cons
I really dislike the new billing interface. I loved the simplicity of Version 1 for tracking payments, charges and expenses. Now with Version 2 I waste a lot of time.
