“solid repository, limited flexibility”
Pros
It is easy to use and the repository is really strong. The Salesforce integration also works very well which is especially important for our workflow.
Cons
At the same time,�it�doesn't feel flexible enough and the permissions model could be much more better.�so it�seems better suited for sales contracts than vendor contracts.�it�also works well with Microsoft Office but not nearly as well with a G Suite organization and Doc-masters can be hard to manage.

Getting around Malbek is easy and the integrations with Slack and DocuSign are really useful.
Cons

“handy agreement repository”
Pros
We mostly rely on this software as a central place to store our agreements. it can automate uploads through AdobeSign and the drag-and-drop option is also a really convenient way to add documents.
Cons
We still are not taking full advantage of everything�it�offers. There are quite a few additional features we would like to roll out at our company especially the ability to upload, route and edit a vendor or customer contract all the way through�it�from creation to final repository.

Pros
Setting it up was pretty easy and the platform has been very poweful overall. We were live within a few weeks and it immediately improved how we handle and manage contracts.
Cons
To me the user interface feels a bit dated and could use a refresh and that unfortunately made early adoption harder for our team.

From contract review through negotiation, Malbek has been a huge help for our team. The platform is simple to use and the reporting features are especially impressive. Since we started using it, we've gained a much better understanding of our business and have been able to manage client relationships far more effectively. Their support team is also very responsive and I have consistently been able to reach live representatives who are knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is the option to send multiple documents in a single signing event although I have still been very happy with�it�overall.�it�has covered all of the use cases we identified when comparing�it�with other vendors and nothing has come up that�it�hasn't been able to handle.

“fast and polished contract workflow”
Pros
The software is very easy to use and the UX/UI is better than most tools in this space. Screens load incredibly fast and it almost never feels like the system is getting in the way of my work or slowing me down.
Cons
Amendments still come with quite a few limitations that keep us from relying on�it�as our only solution. If a contract has several amendment drafts being worked on,�it�only lets us keep one amendment in draft status at a time. On top of that amendments stop being visible once a contract becomes inactive and an activated contract cannot be transferred between domains. Another issue is that the header form does not reflect the details from the latest activated amendment and there is no single view or consolidated file where the contract and all highlighted amendments can be reviewed together.

Pros
Using it feels very easy and I can quickly search for any type of agreement just by name without any hassle.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is the DocuSign signature add-on. Every time I use�it, I have to manually copy and paste names and email addresses because there's no auto-fill to recognize people I have entered before. Adding that would save a ton of time.

The thing I like is that keeping track of renewals and sending reminders has been incredibly helpful.

Getting comfortable with Malbek takes a bit of upfront effort but once the saving and contract lookup workflows click, the platform becomes very quick to use any time of day. The strong contract storage and search features make that learning investment feel well worth it.
Cons
As with any contract management platform,�it�is possible to forget how certain feature workflows work from time to time. That feels like a normal part of getting used to any new system.

“simple workflows and customization”
Pros
Malbek is a highly customizable platform that covers the full contract lifecycle really well. The visual workflow builder was one of my favorite parts and having approvers able to approve or reject directly through email is a huge plus. We still haven't rolled out document assembly yet but I can already tell it's going to save us a lot of time down the road.
Cons
The only significant feature we initially felt was missing was actually added while we were still in implementation which was impressive. While�it�is fairly user friendly Overall there's definitely a learning curve to get fully comfortable with�it. That said the implementation team has been fantastic throughout the process.
