“helpful team”
Pros
Whenever feedback comes up, the team is supportive and actually pays attention which makes the experience feel a lot more collaborative.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how quickly reported listings get taken down since that process can feel a bit slower than expected.

“brand protection that delivers”
Pros
Online marketplaces can feel like the wild west so having Marqvision on our side has made a big difference in protecting our brand presence. With customers shopping across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu and more, the risk keeps growing and Marqvision's easy approach has been really helpful. The platform flags infringements involving our brand name, images and other branded assets, then lets us decide whether to enforce or dismiss each case. We've used both manual review and automated takedowns for repeat bad actors and both have been valuable. Setup was simple too as they automatically pulled approved content from our website and Amazon listings. Everything lives in a clean, easy dashboard which makes the platform fast to work in when you need it. On top of that their customer service has been outstanding. We've worked with Angela the whole time and she has been excellent. Their team genuinely understands how e-commerce businesses operate and how customers shop. it's refreshing to work with an account rep who has clearly taken the time to learn how your business runs. I even suggested a new type of reporting to our rep and she brought it back to the team and they later released it as a new feature. That kind of response to customer feedback is top-notch.
Cons
The biggest difficulty withitcomes down to detection and enforcement in such a fast-changing marketplace environment. Because platforms evolve so quickly, they can sometimes lag behind in catching infringements on newly launched marketplaces. For instance, when TikTok Shop first came out, itwasn't able to detect listings there for about a month until they had refined their search algorithm.

“Responsive support”
Pros
Working with the MarqVision team has been a really positive experience. They've been consistently supportive and always quick to answer questions. Their help with reporting and taking down counterfeit listings across marketplaces social media channels and websites has been very valuable. I also really appreciate having the chance to bring questions to our weekly meetings which has been especially useful as our company continues dealing with the ongoing challenges of intellectual property infringement. Their knowledge and responsiveness have made a meaningful impact on protecting our brand.
Cons
I wouldn't say there's anything I specifically dislike aboutit. The main objective is always to report and remove counterfeit listings or websites as quickly as possible and at timesitdoes take longer than expected for those listings and sites to actually be taken down.

“software that delivers”
Pros
Well their team has played a key role in getting infringing listings taken down which had been draining a meaningful amount of our revenue. The monthly fee has absolutely justified itself through the money we've recovered by having knockoffs and copycat products removed. They're also very easy to work with as they are responsive, communicative and clearly well-versed in intellectual property. Most importantly, they follow through on what they promise which is rarer than it should be. I'd highly recommend MarqVision to any business that takes online brand protection seriously.
Cons
Honestly the only downside is that they're not part of our internal team. If we had the option to duplicate them and hire them full-time, we'd doitwithout hesitation.

“Best-in-class brand protection”
Pros
After trying several competing products, we brought in Marqvision and it has absolutely followed through on everything it said it would deliver. The integration was fast and smooth and the platform itself was quick to pick up and very user-friendly. its detection capabilities and successful takedowns are easily the best I have seen in the industry. Out of every brand protection solution I have implemented and worked with, Marqvision is the only one that has consistently produced truly best-in-class results.
Cons
There's very little downside withit. A big reason for that is the company culture as they're clearly focused on building the best product possible for their clients. Whenever my team spots something initthat could be improved or adjusted, we passitalong to our account reps and most of the time those suggestions actually makeitinto the product.

“excellent support for IP enforcement”
Pros
I really appreciate the amount of time and attention they give our company. Our account manager, Angela, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we need something. MarqVision has played a major role in our success with IP enforcement and taking down infringements across multiple platforms. They also provide detailed statistical analysis that helps with our company's improvement and future projections.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is a mobile app version ofitthat's accessible on phones and tablets.
