“fantastic support and training”

Coming from a larger firm, a lot of the features felt familiar right away and it fits in well with my Office 365 subscription. The training and support have been outstanding as well. M365 gives really helpful support and even offers one-on-one training which has made a big difference. I also like that when I share feedback about improving functionality, they actually listen and have even made changes based on those suggestions.
Cons
Email filing still feels a bit off and�it�has to be handled one message at a time.
