Pros
Coming from a larger firm, a lot of the features felt familiar right away and it works smoothly with my O365 subscription. The training and support have been fantastic too, Matter365 offers excellent help and one-on-one training. On top of that, when I've shared feedback about improving functionality, the team has actually listened and even made changes based on those suggestions.
Cons
Email filing still feels a bit clunky and it has to be handled one email at a time.
