Cons
It has a lot of great features, like an simple interface and clear statistics, but there are a couple of drawbacks. It doesn't automatically sort all information, so some manual organization is needed, which can be time-consuming. I also wish it could connect directly to internet data sources for real-time updates. Despite these limitations, it's still a solid tool, and improvements in data sorting and internet integration would make it even better.

“A really useful tool”
Pros
Our firm relies on Matteroom for a variety of tasks, with case and conflict management being the most important. The desktop and mobile apps sync perfectly, making it easy to access pending and newly approved cases at a glance. Active cases and team lead information are also readily available. After several years of use, I have had very few issues with the software.
Cons
Occasionally the system crashes but the helpdesk is quick to respond and issues are resolved promptly.

Cons
There's no standalone application for Matteroom's services, which makes it less convenient to use since everything runs through a web browser. It would also be helpful if some features could work offline.

Billing is our favorite feature. From multi currency support and WIP tracking to SMART Billing, we never have to worry about missing or delaying a bill. All financial information is easily accessible whenever we need it.
Cons
With so many features available, it takes some time to get the hang of everything. However once you start using it and follow the tooltips you'll come across useful features that make a big difference.
