The customer support and the responsiveness of the product developers have been fantastic. They've been super cooperative and helpful throughout the migration and customization process to meet our needs.

As a newly developed product, there are a few minor drawbacks, but I'm sure they'll be worked out as the product evolves.

So far nothing to mention. I know the vendor is constantly improving the software and adding new features and integrations.

This Case Management System is incredibly simple to use, even if you have no prior experience with one. What's great is that it lets you set up the system the way you want it, so you can track and present information the way that works best for you, without needing an expensive, custom-made system from the developers.

Cons

There's not much I don't like about it. It does exactly what it says it will.
