Whenever I reached out to MatterSuite, Ishu was incredibly dependable. She replied to my messages and requests right away, handled everything promptly and always did her best to solve whatever issue I was dealing with. She was especially helpful anytime I had trouble entering details or needed additional options added. So I would absolutely recommend this tool to others for time entry. Ishu has been the standout part of this company in my view and she deserves a gold medal and honestly a promotion as well.
