“Super easy to use but needs PPT export

Pros

One of the features I really appreciate is the constant law updates. It's great to have the ability to adapt laws as they change, making sure everything stays up to date. Also the tool has this awesome ability to automatically generate letters or emails which saves me so much time and effort. It's incredibly convenient and helps align a lot of the processes that would otherwise take much longer.

Cons

the export options are limited. Right now, you can only export in XLS or PDF formats but it would be great if they added the option to export to PowerPoint (PPT) as well. Sometimes I just need a quick way to present the data in a more visual format and having that PPT option would be super helpful.

“very smooth integration

Pros

The ease of use is definitely one of the best things about this software. It's super interactive even for someone who's not very tech-savvy. What I really like is how easily it integrates with other CPA platforms. The smooth integration makes switching between different tools so much easier and everything works together without any hiccups. It's a game changer for me!

Cons

As of now... I don't have any complaints. The platform itself has been working really well and the transition from our previous version of Memo Tech has been surprisingly smooth.
