It has efficient functions which are simple to learn and use. With just one click the job gets done.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about MerusCase software.

Well, to be honest, this software is easy to use and I can quickly learn how to navigate it.

I find it a bit annoying that I can not open another client file without having to start a new window.

Pros

Transferring documents and client information from the two programs we used before MerusCase was fast and much more affordable compared to other options. The software itself is simple and easy to navigate as it adapts well to our previous paper filing system.

Cons

I am not a fan of the email function but we do not really use it anyway.

The process of gathering information on a client is refreshingly simple with MerusCase.

Other than MerusCase I have used other apps for law and so far this one has been the easiest to work with.

“Great value for money

Pros

MerusCase is simple, cloud based software that is easy to use. We regret not switching to cloud based earlier. Also the ability to drag and drop documents, assign tasks to co-workers and manage calendars and invoicing all in one place has boosted our office productivity. Though we did not migrate our old files from the server, I did recommend doing so with Merus as its worth the extra cost. Customer service is excellent, always responsive, informed and friendly.

Cons

There are a few features I did like to see in the future like a search bar instead of a drop-down menu for finding clients. However these small details do not impact our decision to stick with MerusCase.

The software is very easy to manage and getting assistance when needed is simple and quick.

Cons

So far no complaints from my side. Everything we need for our applicants is simple or we can reach out to Merus for help.
