“Uncertain data security with slow support

Pros

Email management has become more complicated for me since using this system. I noticed the interface is not simple and features are not easy that make disorganizing and searching through messages really tough. The weak archiving and compliance capabilities give me hard time that everything is poorly handled.

Cons

Security of our company's data feels uncertain, I'm never really sure if it's properly protected. Customer support is pretty disorganized and they're slow to respond when I need help.
