“User-Friendly tool but lacking some features

Pros

I love everything about it! It's easy to use, dynamic, and makes it super simple to spot urgent tasks. It only took me one day to learn and pick up new habits to get the most out of it. On top of that, the support team is always ready and willing to help with suggestions, questions, or requests

Cons

For those of us working in the Province of Buenos Aires, it's essential to be able to attach files directly to the MEV submission from the system we use. I couldn't find this feature, so I have to download the PDF and upload it to MEV separately. The same goes for the text that needs to go into the MEV body, which is usually the same as the signed PDF text. I'd also like access to the BOT, but it comes with an extra subscription that's quite expensive.

“Comfortable interface with great reminders

Pros

What I love most is how comfortable and easy to understand the interface is. The email reminders and Google Calendar integration are also great features.

Cons

The search system could be improved. If we don't type the full word, it doesn't bring up the associated case files.

“Easy access to client data and MEV integration

Pros

I have super easy and quick access to all my clients' data and case files. I can keep track of deadlines and hearings with Google Calendar integration, and I can also manage payment plans. The best part is that it integrates with MEV, so my case files stay up to date in the same system, and my clients can follow their cases with a tracking code.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike. Everything it offers is important and useful.

“Makes practice management easier

It makes the daily management of the entire practice easier, from drafting to viewing the case files.

Cons

It's a bit hard to understand for those of us who are not very tech-savvy but the support team has been really helpful and guided me a lot.

For my team, it's easy to use, doesn't require any prior knowledge and the support is really good.

The file storage capacity is limited, so I had to buy more space.

I don't find it very easy to load daily tasks, especially those outside of case files.

“Strong integration with contacts and calendar

Pros

The main strength of this software, and what sets it apart from others, is how it integrates with our contact accounts and calendar. I did find it a bit tricky at first, but once I got the hang of the interface, it became really easy to use.

I'd like to be able to sort cases (files) in ascending or descending order based on the date of the last update.

“Personalized support and constant updates

Pros

I really appreciate the personalized support, quick response times, and their willingness to help with any issues. It's amazing how many new features they keep adding all the time.

Cons

In my opinion, the appointment management should be simpler.

“Excellent with constant updates and support

Pros

For me this is an excellent legal management program with constant updates and improvements. The technical support is fantastic, dedicated attention and quick to solve problems and guide you on how to use the platform. They keep innovating with new features every month. One of the coolest things is that clients can scan documents via a link that directly attaches to the case file. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable!

Cons

It lacks the ability to integrate with the Outlook calendar.

I love being able to share case updates with clients and let them download supporting documents or evidence from hearings.

Cons

It's missing spell-check for text, controls for access and visibility of case files, and country-specific data. Also, case and movement types should be applied.

“Easy to learn and schedule

Pros

It's really easy to learn how to use the system. It lets me schedule hearings, appointment and meetings. It also allows me to input tons of information about the contacts I schedule. Plus, it's super accessible for anyone starting from scratch.

Cons

A useful feature would be a calculator for calculating percentages and the ability to customize the design, like changing colors.

“Personalized support and Google Calendar links

Pros

What I really love is the personalized support I get. I also like how it links to Google Calendar. It's been improving and I can definitely see the regular updates and changes they're making.

I think the text creation feature could use some improvement.

It keeps each case organized and up-to-date and lets my team work together easily.

I dont like that every time I try to log in, I have to sign in again.

Overall, case management is great, making a lawyer's daily work a lot easier.
