I appreciate how simple it was to get it running in MS Word and it didn't take much training to start using it properly. It's been quite useful for a range of legal tasks specially for spotting things like missing definitions and clause reference issues.

Cons

It does crash at times when working with very large documents. Hopefully that improves with future updates.

Pros

One feature that has been great for us is the Red Flags, since it lets users include or exclude text and cross-check the document against the right clauses and claims. Cause of that, this platform has been very useful for proofreading and formatting.

If I have to go through contracts and review documents, this software makes it easy and it takes much less time. The overall experience is very user-friendly. I've been relying on it for reviewing all of my contracts and other documents.

Definition integration can definitely improve. It's difficult to add extra symbols for definitions so I'd really like to see better integration for that.

What I really like with this product is its ability to track every single clause properly. That feature helps a lot and makes the product valuable in day to day use.

There really is not much to complain about. Whenever any issue comes up, their support team helps resolve it as quickly as possible.

The definitions review and clause-reference check in one place is such a relief when Im doing the final pass on a document.

When I open something like the list of "all definitions" it shows each defined term with a separate navigate button next to it. It would be more helpful to have simple up and down arrows so I could move through the terms more quickly instead of clicking navigate on every single one.
