Pros
The customer support center is fantastic and some of the features are just so easy to use.
Cons
I believe reporting could be more intuitive and customer support times for TC could definitely improve. Also it would be great if a Webex session was automatically scheduled whenever you submit a support case.

Pros
TeamConnect works seamlessly with our systems and is super easy to navigate. It's made our invoicing process much smoother and helped us manage our billing data with way less effort.
Cons
There are a few small tweaks that could make my daily processes easier. That said, many of these are being added in upcoming upgrades. The Mitratech team is fantastic at listening to feedback and addressing issues quickly.
