It has a really good user interface and is super comfortable to use. Everything went smoothly for me. It helps me organize and maintain my files as best as I can.

It's very configurable and customizable. I have not found any big issues with its customized code.

I don't think there's anything I dislike about this tool but the UI could be a little better than what we have right now.

It's easy to use, interactive and very simple. I can keep track of matters and invoices all in one software package.

I am still learning the software so I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet. So far so good.

My favorite thing about It is that all of my daily tasks are displayed right on the first page when I sign in so I know exactly what needs to be done that day.

Occasionally you get bumped out of the case you are working on when you save your changes.

I really enjoyed the calendar feature because it helped me coordinate multiple schedules with ease.

It is user-friendly and a great platform for case management. The ability to customize it for specific offices is wonderful.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be great training available for all the small functions users might need.
