It's very configurable and customizable. I have not found any big issues with its customized code.

“Convenient daily task dashboard”
Pros
My favorite thing about It is that all of my daily tasks are displayed right on the first page when I sign in so I know exactly what needs to be done that day.
Cons
Occasionally you get bumped out of the case you are working on when you save your changes.
