Pros
The setup process was simple and the platform feels flexible with a clean layout. It does what it is supposed to do and the pricing is affordable. The vendor also gave strong advice during implementation and it is helpful that you can bring in extra support from them if you need help manually entering a backlog of legacy contracts.
Cons
That same flexibility can also create some risk. You really need to think through what you want to manage before putting everything in place. After the setup is done, making changes takes quite a bit of effort. Support for feature requests has also been slower than expected and feels below average in responsiveness.
