“User-friendly and customizable with great support

Pros

I find it really user-friendly and I can tweak a lot of stuff. I also get help right when I need it and there are a ton of features that seem to fit what my business needs.

Cons

Putting all the data in at the start takes a lot of time and work. In a fast-paced job, that can be tough to keep up with. But it does pay off because the more info you put in, the better and more accurate your reports become.

After a new update, things can get a little messy. A lot of the tools I use regularly end up changing or don't work quite right for a while.
