Pros
It's quick, well-organized and easy to use. The auto-sync feature is a big plus. My favorite parts are the Custom Forms, case notes, document management, and strategy tools. Overall, it works great and gives me exactly what I need.
Cons
There's nothing to dislike about this software. Once you start using it, you'll realize what a great decision it was to buy it.

The task and event feature helps me stay on top of everything for each client. Plus, the reminders make sure I never miss a deadline or hearing.
Cons
This software is packed with features. But since virtual meetings are becoming the norm, I think adding a virtual meeting tool, like Zoom or Google Meet, would make it stand out even more for professionals.
