Using Neos has been nothing short of frustrating. We started using it last year and while support was there during the initial stages, after signing the contract, it became almost nonexistent. My staff has had to deal with sarcastic and humiliating responses to support requests. Honestly, shop around and try other systems. If you're not happy add an escape clause to the contract so you can cancel with a full refund. It was a bad decision to choose Neos especially since it was represented as being better than Trialworks (which wasn't true at all).

Cons

Neos is extremely difficult to use. Our previous system, Trialworks, was intuitive but Neos is anything but. It's cumbersome and there are multiple steps required to do almost everything. Customer support is nearly nonexistent after you sign the contract, you are left to use the �?� icon and watch the video library.

Pros

I love having all the information I need right at my fingertips and being able to quickly generate documents.

The calendar feature could really use some improvement. Not being able to see it with color codes is frustrating.

No positives at all. Absolutely not a single one. Neos is terrible!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Needles was great but there's absolutely nothing good about Neos.

The flexibility of the reporting is great. The software makes it easy to track case expenses which is great for us.

Some of the hard-coded options in the system are really frustrating.

It's easy to navigate and makes looking up clients simple and fast.

Sometimes it becomes slow when our internet connection is slow, it's not from their end but it is annoying.

Neos has really optimized my job's efficiency. The ease of use and customizable features make my workday run smoothly without any issues.

I really don't have any complaints. My workday runs 100% smoothly thanks to this software.

Neos puts everything you need to run your office in one place, right at your fingertips.

Occasionally, there would be a new glitch but the remote support team is quick to help and always resolves the issue promptly.

What I love the most about Neos is the checklist, it's great not having to rely on memory for everything I need to do each day.

The calendar has an issue where when you add a calendar event from the case, it doesn't display the client's name on the regular calendar. It feels like double the work.

Its great that everyone in the office has access to it and it includes many features like case notes, insurance info, document uploads and more.

I don't like the notes section�there should just be a simple save button to make sure everything is saved properly.

I really like being able to add additional information from tabs, like attaching expert CVs to the expert tab.

Its frustrating that you can't update multiple checklist items at once. You have to go one by one, which is very timeconsuming.

The transition to Neos has been great for me. The case calendar is my go-to tab and I love being able to access everything I need in one place instead of switching between programs.

Transferring documents out of Neos is an extra step. I have to download the files before attaching them to an email or uploading them, instead of just dragging them over.

I love that it syncs with my Outlook calendar and that I can access it from anywhere. plus it's super easy to use.

I don't like that there's no sound to notify you of a new message. The notification bell at the top doesn't do it for me.

The flow from one section to another is really smooth and I like that it doesn't feel overwhelming. There isn't too much info on one page and it's really easy to edit information.

When I get an error message, it won't let me save until the issue is fixed but it doesn't tell me what the issue is so I can't figure out what to fix.

Pros

Neos is incredibly user-friendly and the best at categorizing and organizing client documents! As a litigation paralegal, staying organized is crucial especially with looming deadlines. The case calendar is fantastic, syncing with my email and Outlook to manage deadlines all in one place. Another feature I love is the ability to quickly toggle between client files at the top of the screen, such a time-saver!

Cons

One complaint I have is that Neos can take forever to load sometimes probably because of multiple users on the system at once.

The ability to create templates for nearly every document I use is a big plus.

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like right now.

Integrating it with other products we use in the office makes it easier and faster to work on cases and knowing that help is just a click away is reassuring.

There aren't much major issues with Neos. I know when updates come out, things sometimes need adjustments, but I know I can count on them to get it sorted in a timely manner.

To be able to send text messages to clients and save them in the case file is incredibly useful.

I am not able to edit the calendar as much as I'd like and documents don't always upload correctly.

I love how easy it is to find a client and upload information to their case. Creating documents in Neos is also simple and texting clients is well integrated and easy.

This isn't really a Neos issue, but our WiFi tends to struggle, which causes Neos to glitch a lot in the afternoons.

Pros

The accessibility, easy navigation, productivity and proactivity of this tool are all standout features for me.

There's nothing I don't like about it.

Navigating through the different tabs is really straightforward and simple.

Cons

Accessing and saving PDFs along with editing videos and PDFs, works well for me.
