“Fast PDF editing and conversion

Pros

Creating, editing and converting PDF documents with this software has been really convenient. The interface feels a lot like Microsoft Office so my team was able to get comfortable with it quickly. I also appreciate how fast it works and that it can manage large files without making our PCs slow down.

Cons

It can use a fair amount of system resources at times, especially when working with very large or more complex documents.

“Tidy interface

Pros

It is simple to use and has a really clean interface. It includes all the core features you typically need and it costs less than Adobe Acrobat. The conversion tools work very well and the merge functionality is excellent too.

Cons

Well it doesn't offer some of the more advanced capabilities you get with Adobe Acrobat Pro. OCR can be a bit inconsistent at times but aside from that, everything works well.

“wide variety of features

Pros

Right away the wide range of features stood out for helping me work more efficiently, especially with how well everything connects with Microsoft programs. The digital signature tools and document editing features are definitely the parts I use and appreciate the most.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is a simpler, more efficient way to move pages around in large documents. The text box editing could also be better since formatting them can take more effort than it should.
