Pros
From my perspective, it stands out as the leading healthcare CLM cause their team truly understands the regulatory and compliance challenges healthcare systems deal with and the product is clearly built to solve those issues. The interface feels adaptive and makes adoption across different teams very manageable. Reporting is self-service and gives us the insights we need for day-to-day operations as well as bigger strategic decisions. Their pricing is clear and fair and the support team is both responsive and well informed. They also do a strong job of listening to customer feedback and continuing to improve the platform in ways that genuinely benefit users. Overall, the software provides a user-friendly product, exceptional support and real value. I would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
A concern I had before around adaptive reporting was resolved in their most recent platform release. So i have nothing i guess
