“More than what I expected!”
Pros
Going into a brand-new product, I definitely had some doubts but it ended up exceeding every expectation I had. It's an all-in-one, cloud-based platform that adapts well, so Im no longer bouncing between different apps and programs for billing, faxing, email, case management, client management and everything else. Compared with other software I've used before, it's fully customizable that means the system can grow alongside my firm instead of us eventually outgrowing it. And the E-File feature deserves a mention too. Since switching, the software helped me take on a bigger caseload and my firm is doing really well cause of it. Knowing it's backed by Salesforce gave me confidence from the start and our whole team is completely on board.
Cons
Like with any SaaS platform, your office really needs to have the proper internet speed in place. We learned that the hard way. In the end, we had to upgrade our internet infrastructure that actually turned out to benefit the firm overall.
