Pros
It has been a really strong partner, both for the capabilities in the product and for the support their team delivers. The platform is very flexible and can be adjusted quickly to fit different business needs, this was something we did not see with the other options we evaluated in this category. My overall experience with it is that they are not just focused on selling the product initially but also on continuing to improve it and helping customers succeed with adoption and day-to-day use. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
