“Saves me so much time

Pros

It is very easy for both our admins and end users to use. Plus the ability to export and import is simple too.

Cons

It is pretty expensive, so we have to limit access to only a certain number of users.

Pros

The best part about Opus 2 is how it makes collaboration easy both within our internal team and with co-counsel at the same time. Our teams really like the import and export features, though there are a lot of other helpful features too. Also it is easy to navigate and our teams can build their cases independently without needing much help from admins. And when we do need assistance customer support is really helpful.

Cons

At times we run into back-end issues when creating custom fields but customer service is always quick to help us fix them.

Pros

Well the built-in sharing features on the cloud platform, along with the simple upload ability make knowledge transfer simple as our teams grow.

Cons

The integration with Relativity could be simpler and I feel like it would be really helpful if it could fully replace the production output function of Relativity.

I like how it is laid out and how easy it is to use.

Cons

Nothing really come to my mind as a con.

Opus 2 is pretty intuitive and user friendly. Also it has most of the features we need and presents them in an easy to access way.

Cons

It still uses some European based terminology and workflows which causes little confusion for US-based users like us at times.

The deposition designations and video syncing features are my fav.

I feel like the user interface could definitely be more user-friendly.
