“quick to use but session timeouts are an issue

Pros

simple to use and it doesn't take much training to get familiar with it. Time recording is really simple.

Cons

I dont like when it times out and logs me off and doesn't save my latest edits to the docs.

“Prompt tool but inflexible search

Pros

It's pretty quick, even when the network is struggling, the software usually stays responsive.

Cons

The software isn't flexible. The search options aren't user-friendly. There are a lot of tasks you still have to do manually, like time stamps, which require 5-7 steps just to send a simple email. Folders don't really hold documents or correspondence, everything just ends up on one page. Also, you can't select and delete multiple items from Osprey once uploaded.

Osprey does what it says, almost simply and easily.

Cons

It's a bit slow and wide-screen, but I've seen others that are much more expensive and much worse.

It's super easy to navigate and it's quick to get the hang of. Clients are easy to load when needed.

Cons

I think the integration with Silverlight could use some tweaking.

Pros

I use this software daily, and it has made building client files and logging crucial information way easier than the system we used before. The billing platform is second to none and I struggle to find another package that offers such a simple yet effective approach to this.

Cons

At first, it seemed like there were too many options to get where you needed to go, especially when trying to find attendance notes and locate files.
