“Secure cloud sharing”
Pros
Pretty simple to get start and customize it to fit our needs. Didn't take much effort either. It being cloud-hosted is a big plus and the data encryption gives real confidence when handling sensitive information. File sharing and document management work really well and the redaction tools add another important layer of protection. I also appreciate the strong confidentiality controls, more so the ability to restrict access to specific folders. The edit tracking and data tracing features are very useful, performance is fast, the pricing feels reasonable and customer support has been prompt and efficient whenever needed.
Cons
There's nothing specific I'd point to as a downside. It has delivered strong value for the money considering all the benefits mentioned above and the regular product updates seem focused on making the system even more user-friendly.
