“social research lifesaver

Pros

This has been a lifesaver for social media research. Saving social media records is really simple and the folder system along with the options to save either screenshots or full pages makes it very practical. Being able to open Facebook comments is also a huge plus. They've updated the platform over time and it feels even more user-friendly now.

Cons

Saving everything can be a bit slow especially when there are a lot of pages involved. That said, they've made changes and it's much faster now than it used to be.

“Creates clean PDFs

Pros

For me, this tool made it simple to turn webpages into PDF copies. The built-in browser behaves like the ones I already use, so I just open the page I need and hit the button to capture it. We regularly need records of Facebook profiles and the software automatically scrolls all the way through the timeline and expands every comment. The finished PDFs come out very clean when printed. Since several people at our firm use it, the administrator account for creating new usernames is also really helpful.

Cons

I do not have any major complaints about the software. If a Facebook profile is especially long, it can take a while to finish expanding comments and generating the PDF but I usually just move on to other work while it runs.
