“They know their stuff

Pros

I've had a great experience with their support team and the analysis features they offer. IP Checkups uploaded hundreds of patent files for me at a low cost and got it done quickly. They provide demos, tutorials, manuals and live help and the response times are incredibly fast. A few times I even got an email from someone noticing I was struggling while using the system. Even without reading the manual, I found the platform simple to follow and my director who never trained on PatentCAM managed to use it easily. Knowing all my files are stored safely offsite gives me peace of mind, especially when I accidentally delete or damage something. One of the founders has been a major figure in patent search tech for decades and understands how to organize patent data effectively. If you request a feature, they actually try to make it happen.

Cons

I occasionally run into a glitch but anytime I contact IP Checkups by phone or email, they usually fix it right away.
