“Became backbone of my practice”
Pros
Took almost no time at all to get it started and I was productive right from day one. This software was the backbone of my legal practice until I retired. It delivers truly extraordinary customer service. It's not often you get the chance to speak directly with the coder behind a software application.
Cons
I had no real complaints. The core functions are simple to put into place and it feels like copy-and-paste on steroids with a built-in database. I never came close to using every feature but I didn't need to cause the basic functionality already covered more than enough.

“transformed our document drafting”
Pros
They had a huge impact on my law practice. if 10 stars were an option, I'd give it that. I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this software absolutely deserves one. I started using it back in the mid-2010s and it completely changed the way we prepare complex transaction documents. Drafting is now much simpler, turnaround time is dramatically faster and we make far fewer errors. To put it in perspective, something that used to take half a day now takes about half an hour. Another big plus is that the system uses plain English instead of complicated coding, so I was able to build and maintain my own forms without having any programming background at all. the creator has been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed troubleshooting help. During our migration to the latest version of Windows, a few unusual issues came up across our systems, including with it and he was there helping us work through it from the very beginning. Even my IT consultant commented that this software offers the best customer service she's ever seen. Thank you!
Cons
The only downside in my case is that some of my forms are very long and complex, so processing can occasionally take a bit of time. Since the software runs through Word, using other Word-related programs like Outlook at the same time can slow things down even more. That said, while it's running in the background, it does at least give me and my team a reason to step away for a minute and stretch, which honestly isn't the worst thing.
