Pros
The price-performance ratio was really convincing for us. The onboarding and training process is concise, engaging and still covers everything important. The team is helpful, approachable and quick to respond and the communication channels are short and efficient.
Cons
I'd want better support for other tools through AI, especially with synonyms. That would make it even more complete and effective as a research tool.
