Makes case tracking easy

Pros

It does a good job of helping us organize client cases and manage records in one place. We can also keep track of internal office communication tied to each case, which makes collaboration easier. Searching by client is quick, so pulling up records does not take much time. It also helps us maintain an accurate case history and the Microsoft Office integration has been very useful for our workflow.

Cons

Built-in chat feature could definitely be improved and it would be much more helpful if the software integrated with Skype, Slacker or Ryver.

organized access is good!

Pros

Everything feels well organized and simple to navigate. The mobile access is also a big plus since it makes getting to case information much more convenient.

Cons

The interface does feel a bit dated compared to newer software, although it's not bad at all. Im not even sure what changes would make it look more modern.
