“Great support for a small business”
Pros
I'm running a small bootstrapped business, I dont have the in-house knowledge or experience to manage things like NDAs and joint agreements when bringing on freelancers or part-time help to grow my software company. This tool made that process incredibly simple. I had expected it to take about two weeks to get an NDA countersigned and fully executed but from signing up to finishing everything, it only took about two hours.
Cons
At first, I was a little unsure about the difference between a "draft" contract and a "real" contract but a PlainVanilla support rep explained it very quickly and cleared up the confusion.
