Made things a lot easier for us!

Pros

The software made document signing much easier to handle. The platform is simple to use and managing signatures is also very convenient. The templates are also clear and simple to understand.

Cons

I didn't run into anything I disliked about it.

Clean interface

Pros

The biggest win was how fast and effortless everything felt. I didn't need a tutorial or any technical background to get started.. just upload the file, assign it, sign it and that was it. The interface is tidy and intuitive and it genuinely seems designed for real people instead of technical users only. I also liked that it wasn't packed with distractions or constant upsells the way a lot of other platforms are.

Cons

It's missing a few advanced tools that heavier users may be looking for. There also aren't many options for customizing document branding. More integrations with third-party apps would definitely make it more useful.

online signing is fantastic

Pros

I can get the documents signed online without constantly printing and scanning everything manually has been a huge plus.

Cons

Everything has been perfect and I can't think of anything they really need to improve.
